Precinct4Forward, in partnership with Harris County Precinct 4, is planning a Leadership Forum in November 2026 to connect public officials with government affairs specialists from Texas businesses and emerging young leaders. The two-hour event will raise funds for Precinct4Forward, including support for Texas Legislative Internship Program (TLIP) interns from Precinct 4, while building civic awareness and engagement among local students.

Too few local students have opportunities to learn how policy is made or to see themselves represented in state leadership. Through TLIP internships and related programs, we aim to close that gap by cultivating the next generation of civic-minded leaders who understand how government works and how to advocate for their communities.
