Who We Are
Precinct4Forward advances opportunity and justice for the 1.2 million residents of Harris County Precinct 4. Precinct4Forward builds partnerships to amplify the impact of Precinct 4 initiatives and to implement innovative solutions to local challenges.
Organizational History
Founded in 2023 under the leadership of Commissioner Lesley Briones, Precinct4Forward was created to serve as the nonprofit partner to Harris County Precinct 4 where government, philanthropy and community meet to create lasting change.
In just a few years, Precinct4Forward has grown from an initial $110,000 seed fund into a dynamic organization managing a $1.3 million annual budget. Our programs now reach thousands of residents through initiatives that supports youth education, small business acceleration, public health, and transformative capital projects.
Today, Precinct4Forward serves as a bridge between public, private, and community partnerships across Harris County. Together we are building a future where every resident has the opportunity to thrive.
How We Serve

Disaster Relief
In the aftermath of major storms, we respond quickly by purchasing and distributing essential supplies such as water, ice, coolers, and food to those in need.

Summer Camps
With your support, Precinct 4 Forward has brought free summer camps to children across our community.

Cool 4 the Summer
Through the Cool 4 the Summer initiative, 250 free portable air conditioning units were distributed to community members in greatest need.
