Harris County Precinct 4 and Precinct4Forward have teamed up to offer a FREE two-week youth development program for rising juniors in high school. The Emerging Leaders Lab combines engaging workshops in professionalism, leadership, and civic engagement with corporate job shadowing to provide skills and exposure to young people, preparing them to be our next generation of leaders.

The program will run from July 14-July 25, 2025. Students who live or attend school in Precinct 4 (check your locations here) and will be entering their junior year of high school in fall 2025 are eligible to participate. We’re looking for young people who are curious, passionate, and committed to participate fully in the programming. It’s a great opportunity for those who may not have access to other enriching summer activities or corporate work exposure.
